I had that same puppy dog "harness" for Jared when he was two and my twins were born. Every time I put in on him, he would lay on the floor and scream! It was so embarrasing! Needless to say, I only used in a couple of times. I just had to put it in the bottom of my stroller and threaten him with it and he would stay by me!
