Although his birthday is tomorrow, we had Luke's 3rd birthday party today. He wanted a pirate party and a pirate party it was! Unfortunately, we picked the hottest day of the year so far to celebrate. My poor lawn is already having a hard enough time this year. We have had some gopher issues that no amount of water is helping recuperate from. One more family party tomorrow and we are done with birthdays 'til January.

This was during the water balloon fight. I realize I must not have been looking through the camera because I keep laughing at stuff not seen on camera. Mostly it's my LOUD voice yelling about everything. It's a gift and a curse (my loudness, that is).
