So we made yet another trip to the doctor's office today. I thought Grace was having an allergic reaction to the antibiotic she was on for another ear infection but it turns out that she has a viral infection causing these bright red cheeks and a rash all over her chest and tummy. This is accompanied with a high fever and pounding heart (due to the really high fever). Poor little thing. I'm ready for this season of sickness to end! Anyway, I have put her in lock down as she is most hazardous to pregnant women right now. The doctor said that she could cause miscarriages or other problems if she were around them so rather than harm any unborn children, we're at home for the next few days.

So I heard Grace had some type of infection that is harmful to pregnant women....that's too bad.....she looks miserable! I have seen this infection one other time before when I was pregnant with Sam, but I was fine because I wasn't around the little girl much. We missed you at the Easter Egg hunt this morning.....I hope Grace feels better soon! So I finally started a blog a couple weeks ago....haven't done much to it, still learning what to do with it but it is jakeandheatherromney.blogspot.com
Hope Grace gets better soon!
oh boy you have your hands full! If you need anything or help while in 'lock down' let me know.
Holy cow - that is terrible!!!! I hope she is feeling better! Did it come on really fast? She seemed fine yesterday! We did miss you today though!
It totally came on fast! I thought she was totally fine on Sunday too so I hope she didn't pass it to anyone (especially Trace!) I had no idea. anyway the dr. says she should be non-contagious by Wednesday (when her fever should break) so I hope so!
poor little girl! I hope she is feeling better...
